About me
I’m a therapist with a deep passion for supporting individuals and communities through connection, healing, and growth. My journey has been shaped by years of outreach, volunteer work, and personal relationships that continue to inspire and ground me—including meaningful work within the Deaf community, which remains a special part of my practice. My work extends beyond the therapy room—whether through community education, faith-based support, or simply showing up where I’m needed. I find joy in walking alongside others through their healing journeys, and I’m equally rooted in the everyday moments of life: walking with my dogs, spending time with my kids, and staying curious through lifelong learning. Whether I’m leading a group, offering support after a service, or building relationships in the community, I bring my whole self—compassionate, committed, and always growing.

My Therapy Philosophy
At Mending With Hope, my therapy philosophy revolves around creating a safe and non-judgmental space for individuals and families to explore their emotions and experiences. I believe in a collaborative approach, where I work alongside my clients to identify their strengths and empower them to navigate life's complexities. Through evidence based practices and a compassionate understanding, I aim to guide my clients towards healing and growth.
